By completing a purchase, accepting delivery of goods, or signing any point-of-sale acknowledgement form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not proceed with your purchase.
This Agreement applies to all product categories sold by OneStop, including new devices, pre-owned devices, accessories, and peripherals.

3. Product Inspection and Acceptance
3.1 Duty to Inspect
Customers are required to thoroughly inspect and test all Devices at the Point of Sale before leaving the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying device functionality, physical condition, screen integrity, button and port operation, and all included accessories.
3.2 Acceptance of Device
Upon departure from the store, or upon receipt of an online delivery, the Customer is deemed to have accepted the Device in satisfactory condition. OneStop will not be obligated to entertain claims arising from defects or damage that could have been identified upon reasonable inspection at the Point of Sale.
3.3 Documentation Required
The original Proof of Purchase and original product packaging must be retained and presented in connection with any warranty claim, exchange request, or after-sales inquiry. Failure to present such documentation may result in the claim being declined.
4. Limited Store Warranty
4.1 Warranty Period
OneStop provides a limited store warranty of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”) on all Devices, unless a different period is expressly stated in writing at the time of sale.
4.2 Scope of Store Warranty
The Store Warranty covers verified manufacturing defects that arise under normal use conditions during the Warranty Period, subject to inspection and verification by OneStop’s After-Sales Unit. Where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, OneStop may, at its sole discretion, offer one or more of the following remedies:
-
Repair of the Device;
-
Replacement of the Device with an equivalent model, subject to availability;
-
Issuance of store credit equivalent to the purchase price.
The issuance of a cash refund is not available under the Store Warranty. OneStop’s selection of remedy shall be final and binding, subject to the Customer’s rights under applicable Nigerian consumer protection legislation.
4.3 Warranty Conditions
To qualify for a Store Warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:
-
The claim must be submitted within the Warranty Period;
-
The original Proof of Purchase must be presented;
-
The Device must not exhibit any of the exclusions set out in Section 7 of this Agreement;
-
The Device must be submitted for inspection at a OneStop outlet or designated After-Sales Unit.
5. Manufacturer Warranty
5.1 Manufacturer’s Responsibility
All new Devices are sold subject to the Manufacturer’s Warranty terms applicable to that Device. The Manufacturer’s Warranty is a separate arrangement between the Customer and the Manufacturer and is administered exclusively by the Manufacturer’s authorised service centres in Nigeria.
5.2 OneStop’s Role
OneStop does not administer, extend, or modify the Manufacturer’s Warranty and shall not be held responsible for any warranty obligations of the Manufacturer. Customers are advised to confirm the applicable Manufacturer’s Warranty terms directly with the Manufacturer prior to or at the time of purchase.
5.3 Warranty Documentation
Customers are responsible for retaining all Manufacturer’s Warranty documentation, including warranty cards, IMEI records, and proof of purchase, which may be required by the Manufacturer to validate warranty claims.
6. Pre-Owned Device After-Sales Support
All after-sales inquiries, warranty-related concerns, and support requests for pre-owned Devices are managed exclusively by OneStop’s After-Sales Unit. Pre-owned Devices are not eligible for Manufacturer’s Warranty support and are covered solely by the Store Warranty described in Section 4 of this Agreement, subject to the applicable exclusions.
Customers purchasing pre-owned Devices are advised to conduct a thorough inspection at the Point of Sale and to request a written description of any disclosed cosmetic or functional conditions prior to completing the transaction.
7. Warranty Exclusions
Neither the Store Warranty nor any other form of warranty or support provided by OneStop shall apply to defects, damage, or malfunctions arising from or in connection with any of the following:
-
Physical impact, including drops, crushing, or any mechanical trauma;
-
Cracked, shattered, or otherwise damaged screens or display assemblies;
-
Liquid exposure, submersion, moisture ingress, or corrosion of any kind;
-
Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or tampering by any party other than an Authorised Service Centre;
-
Software modifications, including the installation of custom firmware, rooting, jailbreaking, or bypassing manufacturer-imposed restrictions;
-
Negligence, misuse, or use inconsistent with the Manufacturer’s guidelines or instructions;
-
Damage caused by non-certified, incompatible, or substandard charging equipment or power accessories;
-
Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration over time;
-
Theft, loss, or force majeure events including fire, flood, electrical surge, or other circumstances beyond OneStop’s reasonable control;
-
Failure to present original Proof of Purchase or original packaging;
-
Devices with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers or IMEI identifiers.
8. Water, Liquid, and Screen Damage Disclaimer
8.1 No Warranty on Liquid Damage
Liquid damage of any nature, including damage from water, rain, beverages, sweat, or humidity, is entirely excluded from all warranty coverage provided by OneStop, regardless of the manufacturer’s advertised water-resistance rating for the Device. Water-resistance ratings are manufacturer specifications and do not constitute a warranty against liquid damage.
8.2 No Warranty on Screen and Display Components
Screen assemblies, display panels, and all associated display components are excluded from warranty coverage. Any cracking, shattering, discolouration, or pixel failure occurring after the Point of Sale shall not be eligible for warranty remedy under this Agreement, irrespective of cause.
8.3 Dead or Non-Functional Devices
A Device that is found to be completely non-functional, dead on arrival, or physically damaged upon or after purchase is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing defect at the Point of Sale in accordance with Section 10 of this Agreement.
9. Charging and Power Accessories Disclaimer
OneStop strongly advises all customers to use only manufacturer-certified, compatible charging equipment and power accessories with their Devices. Damage to a Device arising from the use of substandard, counterfeit, incompatible, or non-certified chargers, cables, power banks, or adaptors is not covered under any warranty and shall not give rise to any claim against OneStop.
OneStop shall not be liable for any damage to a Device, including internal component failure, battery degradation, overheating, or fire, resulting from the use of non-certified power accessories. Customers assume full responsibility for the selection and use of charging equipment.
10. Returns, Exchanges, and Restocking Fees
10.1 Exchange Policy
A Customer may request an exchange of a Device within one (1) calendar day of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
-
The Device must be returned in Original Condition, meaning unused, unopened, and in its original manufacturer packaging with all seals fully intact;
-
The original Proof of Purchase must be presented;
-
A restocking fee of twenty thousand Naira (₦ 20,000) will apply to all approved exchanges;
-
Devices with broken or tampered seals are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances;
-
Accessories, cables, and peripherals are not eligible for return or exchange once removed from their original packaging.
10.2 No Cash Refunds
OneStop operates a final-sale policy. Cash refunds are not issued under any circumstances, in accordance with OneStop’s disclosed store policy. Where a remedy is available under this Agreement, it shall be limited to repair, replacement, or store credit as set out in Section 4.2.
10.3 Distinction Between Exchange and Warranty Claims
Exchanges under Section 10.1 are change-of-mind or pre-use return arrangements and are distinct from warranty claims. Warranty claims arising from manufacturing defects are governed exclusively by Sections 4 and 5 of this Agreement and are not subject to the one (1) day exchange window.
11. Defective Products
11.1 Manufacturing Defects Identified at Point of Sale
Where a manufacturing defect is identified and confirmed by OneStop staff at the Point of Sale prior to or immediately upon the Customer’s departure, the Device may be replaced with an equivalent model, subject to availability and verification of the defect by OneStop’s technical team.
11.2 Verification Requirement
All claims of manufacturing defects are subject to inspection and technical verification by OneStop’s After-Sales Unit or, where applicable, an Authorised Service Centre. OneStop reserves the right to determine, at its reasonable discretion, whether a reported issue constitutes a manufacturing defect or arises from an excluded cause.
11.3 Limitations on Replacement
Replacement of a defective Device is subject to stock availability. Where an identical replacement is unavailable, OneStop may, at its discretion, offer a comparable alternative model or issue a store credit equivalent to the original purchase price.
12. Fraud Prevention and Stolen Devices
OneStop is committed to maintaining the integrity of its business operations and the security of its customers. Any customer found to be engaged in fraudulent transactions, the purchase or sale of stolen devices, or any other unlawful conduct in connection with a OneStop transaction will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities in Nigeria, including the Nigeria Police Force and any other applicable regulatory or investigative body.
OneStop cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations and reserves the right to withhold or reverse transactions pending the outcome of any such investigation. OneStop shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage suffered by a customer arising from law enforcement action taken in accordance with this clause.
Customers are advised to verify the provenance and IMEI status of any device they intend to purchase from third parties and to report suspected stolen device listings to OneStop management immediately.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Nigerian law, OneStop’s total aggregate liability to any Customer in connection with a purchase or this Agreement shall not exceed the original purchase price paid by the Customer for the Device giving rise to the claim.
13.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses
OneStop shall not be liable, under any theory of liability, for any of the following types of loss, whether direct, indirect, or consequential:
-
Loss of data, content, or stored information;
-
Loss of business revenue, profits, or commercial opportunity;
-
Economic loss or financial harm not directly caused by OneStop’s proven negligence;
-
Damage arising from the use or inability to use a Device;
-
Third-party claims made against the Customer.
13.3 Force Majeure
OneStop shall not be in breach of this Agreement, nor liable for any delay or failure in performance, to the extent that such delay or failure results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond OneStop’s reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, power failure, telecommunications failure, civil unrest, government action, or any other force majeure event. In such circumstances, OneStop’s obligations under this Agreement shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
14. Refund Policy
All sales completed by OneStop are final. OneStop does not offer cash refunds on any purchase, in accordance with its disclosed store policy and applicable Nigerian consumer protection law.
Where a Customer is entitled to a remedy under this Agreement, that remedy shall be limited to repair, replacement with an equivalent device, or the issuance of store credit, as determined by OneStop in accordance with Section 4.2 of this Agreement. Store credit, where issued, shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issuance and shall not be redeemable for cash.
Nothing in this Section limits any statutory right a Customer may have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) or any other applicable Nigerian consumer protection legislation.
15. Customer Responsibilities
By purchasing a Device from OneStop, the Customer agrees to:
-
Conduct a thorough inspection of the Device at the Point of Sale before completing the transaction;
-
Retain the original Proof of Purchase and original packaging for the duration of the applicable warranty period;
-
Use the Device in accordance with the Manufacturer’s guidelines, instructions, and recommended accessories;
-
Ensure that any repairs or modifications are carried out exclusively by an Authorised Service Centre;
-
Report any suspected defect to OneStop’s After-Sales Unit promptly and within the applicable Warranty Period;
-
Provide accurate and truthful information in connection with any warranty claim, exchange request, or after-sales inquiry;
-
Comply with all applicable Nigerian laws in connection with the purchase, use, and disposal of Devices.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
16.1 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) 2018, the Sale of Goods Act, and any other applicable federal or state legislation.
16.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within fourteen (14) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to a court of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria or, by mutual agreement, to an accredited arbitration or mediation body.
16.3 Consumer Protection
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to exclude or limit any rights the Customer may have under applicable Nigerian consumer protection legislation. Where any provision of this Agreement is found to conflict with such legislation, the statutory right shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
17. Amendments to These Terms
OneStop reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms of Sale and Limited Warranty Agreement at any time without prior notice. The version of this Agreement in effect at the date of each purchase shall govern that transaction. The most current version of this Agreement will be available at all OneStop outlets and on OneStop’s official website.
Continued use of OneStop’s services or completion of any purchase following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
18. Customer Acknowledgement and Acceptance
